I was listening to someone tell me a story about their 6 year old.   We all know how funny kids are when they hear something and then innocently repeat it.  This was one of those innocent comments heard at home and than was repeated at school.  Only problem was the timing and with the wrong words.  Although the whole incident was pretty funny, it could have been worse.  It was like the telephone game where the message turns out entirely different.

I couldn’t stop laughing at the story.  But,  Now what?  This mom now has to go in to help explain the whole story to the teacher who I am sure is trying to figure out exactly what was going on.   Innocent mistakes happen and we need to be forgiving.  We also need to have a sense of humor in place!

Now what is something I am always asking myself.  It is in an attempt to keep on top of things.  Now what am I to do next?   Now what is the most important phone call I need to make?   “Now what” is the term we use to help us prioritize.

Lately, I have been thinking about how do I get word out there about this blog.   I’d really like more people to visit the site.   It is meant to highlight daily events and bring enjoyment to those who may feel lonely.  It is a means of expression and offers a light insight into life around us.  As an entrepreneur with lots going on, I like to forward things that might ignite others to think before they act.   I want people to share the good things that are in abundance and toss out the bad things forever.

In the last few weeks, I have encountered people with some grave problems and yet they are all surmountable with support and direction.   I want people to be successful in all avenues of life.   I want them to succeed in business and in life.  Relationships can grow and good things can develop.   We can learn from mistakes and help other people through discreet sharing.   We can help mentor the youth.

So now what are you going to do?  Are you going to give some time to the food pantry?   Will you help your neighbor get their mail in the bad weather?  Are you willing to help undo some wrong that another person created?  Can you pick up the garbage along the street that someone else carelessly dropped?   Let’s all pitch in and help one another.  Delight in Living!
